In regards to the ride - the owner is a nice guy and the people are friendly and you'll have a good time on the trails.
In regards to the rooms - If you're a bunch of guys looking for a place to crash after ATVing then this is a good spot. Beyond that, I would look elsewhere for a place to stay. The rooms are grubby, smell nasty and the furniture is garbage (think bed springs poking you in the back) plus the "property" is more of a parking lot and the "Cabin" is more of a trailer (there is barely space to park between each building). I would suggest staying in a hotel in nearby Lewisburg, WV (its only $30 more per night) and drive over to Happy Trails in the morning for a better experience.
